This chair is named after Piazza Navona, one of the most important sites of the Italian capital and where the Brazilian Embassy is located. Sergio Rodrigues designed a set of pieces for the ambassador's office in 1960 when the Brazilian government acquired the building, known as the Pamphilj Palace.
