by Jorge Zalszupin, 1970
Designed in the late 1970s, this armchair is part of the Cubo collection, unique among Jorge Zalszupin’s other compositions. Lightweight and made of wood, these are upholstered pieces that cherish comfort. Perhaps the most significant aesthetic distinction of this collection is that the back and seat were formulated by carefully sculpting a solid cube, highlighted in its stitching. The Zalszupin family worked to modernize and improve this collection through material composition; originally, the armchair was entirely upholstered, but in this edition, it is also available in wood. • Available in a variety of woods • Upholstery offered in a variety of fabrics, leather, COM/COL • Reissued by Etel • Made to order
