by Lia Siqueira, 2002
In designing the Cobogó Copacabana coffee table, Lia Siqueira imagined it to occupy the interior of an Oscar Niemeyer building; Cobogó, an architectural element signature of the modernist movement that allows the entrance of sunlight and natural ventilation, is implemented in Siqueira's table top, realized in the pattern of the Copacabana sidewalk. • Base structure made of imbuia or freijó wood • Part of Etel collection • Made to order
